We ship Australia-wide with the same flat rates. Buying more than one desk reduces the per-desk shipping cost.

Preparation & Delivery Process

  • Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after purchase
  • Leave a note at checkout if you'd like us to hold and ship on a specific date
  • We ship complete orders together unless requested otherwise
  • Couriers may occasionally split deliveries due to item size
  • Desk and chair orders may arrive separately
  • Deliveries made to ground floor, foyer, or front door for safety reasons
  • Tracking information provided once booked with courier
  • Delivery times may extend during busy periods (EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Bulk/commercial orders of 10+ desks excluded - contact us for quote

Warehouse Pick-Up

We don't currently allow warehouse pick ups. If your order is urgent, please contact us.

Authority to Leave

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If you do not want your order left unattended, please let us know before checkout β€” additional courier fees may apply.

Rural & Remote Deliveries

  • Deliveries to rural and remote areas may take a little longer
  • In rare cases, additional freight charges may apply
  • Our team will contact you before shipping to confirm extra costs
  • Cancellation option available if additional fees are not preferred

Bulk Orders & Pallet Freight

  • Large or heavy orders may be shipped on a pallet for safety and security
  • We'll contact you before dispatch if pallet freight is required
  • Any additional fees will be confirmed before your order is sent

Damaged Goods

Every item leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged in transit:

  • You are entitled to a replacement
  • If replacement isn't possible, we will issue a refund up to the item value
  • Claims must be made within 2 business days of delivery
  • Please send photos of damage to our customer service team
