We deliver throughout Australia, with special services available in major metropolitan areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
Delivery Timeframes by Location
We ship Australia-wide with the same flat rates. Buying more than one desk reduces the per-desk shipping cost.
Preparation & Delivery Process
- Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after purchase
- Leave a note at checkout if you'd like us to hold and ship on a specific date
- We ship complete orders together unless requested otherwise
- Couriers may occasionally split deliveries due to item size
- Desk and chair orders may arrive separately
- Deliveries made to ground floor, foyer, or front door for safety reasons
- Tracking information provided once booked with courier
- Delivery times may extend during busy periods (EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas)
- Bulk/commercial orders of 10+ desks excluded - contact us for quote
Warehouse Pick-Up
We don't currently allow warehouse pick ups. If your order is urgent, please contact us.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
- Deliveries to rural and remote areas may take a little longer
- In rare cases, additional freight charges may apply
- Our team will contact you before shipping to confirm extra costs
- Cancellation option available if additional fees are not preferred
Bulk Orders & Pallet Freight
- Large or heavy orders may be shipped on a pallet for safety and security
- We'll contact you before dispatch if pallet freight is required
- Any additional fees will be confirmed before your order is sent
Damaged Goods
Every item leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged in transit:
- You are entitled to a replacement
- If replacement isn't possible, we will issue a refund up to the item value
- Claims must be made within 2 business days of delivery
- Please send photos of damage to our customer service team
